Files with uld suffix can be mostly found as special light data files saved in Unified luminaire data format.

File extension uld is mainly used for a special Unified luminaire data format used by DIALux 2 or higher.
Only the Project partners of DIALux are able (and allowed) to create this format. It includes all the information about the fixture (light distribution, possible equipment, fotos, text, 3D geometry,...).
Use DIALux to open and load up .uld files.
It is unlikely that this type of .uld files can be converted to anything else.
