The .v8o file extension is associated with ACDSee Photo Manager, a photo management and editing application developed by ACD Systems for Microsoft Windows.
An ACDSee offline media file contains catalog information related to media stored on offline or unavailable storage. It is supporting data for the ACDSee catalog, not the original photo, video, or other media itself.
This is an application-specific data format intended for use within ACDSee Photo Manager on Microsoft Windows rather than for exchanging media between different programs.
Open the file with ACDSee Photo Manager on Microsoft Windows. In normal use, ACDSee reads the file as part of its catalog and offline-media management features rather than displaying it as an independent document.
If the file is not recognized when opened directly, start ACDSee Photo Manager and access it through the relevant catalog or offline-media functions.
An ACDSee offline media file is catalog data, not a photo or video format, so it cannot be meaningfully converted to a standard media format.
Keep the file with the associated ACDSee catalog.
