The wavc file extension seems to be related to a special variant of the ACM format.
The wavc file is almost identical to .acm, except for a special header attached.
It doesn't seem this audio file type is supported in any standard media player, however ACMPlayer can probably playback these files like any other *.acm files.
Specialized apps like PS Gui contain WAV2WAWC and WAVC2WAV converter programs.
