The .weballowblocklist file belongs to the Parental Controls feature in Microsoft Windows Vista. It contains a user's allowed and blocked website settings.
Windows Vista can export these settings to a .weballowblocklist file and import them on another computer, making it possible to use the same website restrictions in more than one Vista installation.
A .weballowblocklist file is not intended to be opened as a document. In Windows Vista, use the Parental Controls settings in Control Panel to import the file and apply its allowed and blocked website list.
The file should be handled by the Windows Vista parental controls feature rather than edited manually.
To use the same restrictions in another Vista installation, export the list from Parental Controls and import the resulting .weballowblocklist file there.
After importing, the settings can be reviewed or changed in Windows Vista Parental Controls.
