View downloaded NFO file
When downloading from internet, you can notice a small .nfo file that can be found in the package. This is information file for the download and sadly shares the same file extension as one of the default file types in Windows. You can view these internet nfo files using any text editor, but because they are specially formatted you will be better off with a dedicated NFO viewer.

In March 2015 a new type of ransomware affected thousands of users. It encrypts all kinds of documents, databases, photos and even some game files and for most, the only option would be to recover from previous backup. Luckily some people at Cisco reversed the process and offered at least partially working utility - the TeslaDecrypt.
