File extension bpl is associated with Delphi 4 and later and used for packed library files. The bpl file is a library file similar to a dll file.

Note:
If I run any program.exe on your computer using this bpl library and the following error message is displayed: "This application has failed to start, because ****.bpl was not found."
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
