The very same extension was also used for a Client-Course Manager Customized Report Distribution file format. (archive file by PTEP Inc)

Both file types seems to be fairly outdated and the original CAD CAM Pro software is likely long discontinued.

Specialized PCB software may be perhaps capable of importing files from this type of *.ccz files.

PCB layout files can sometimes be converted to other formats, however you would have to find a tool that supports this particular file type.
