What is cei file? How to open cei files?
File type specification:
The cei file extension is used by CRiSP Harvest.
The *.cei files is used to set catch ceilings which are the primary means selected by the PSC to reduce stock exploitation rates.
The cei file is used: (1) to specify fisheries with ceilings; (2) to set ceiling levels (catch levels); and (3) to allow you to force Model catches to equal the ceiling.

CRiSP Harvest Model is a computer model that simulates the harvest of 30 chinook salmon stocks by 25 fisheries over an extended time horizon.
The geographic range covered by the model extends from Southeast Alaska to the Oregon coast.
