Programs used to perform the conversion from 3ds file to rfa format.
Importing 3ds files to Revit Architecture directly might not be the easiest thing and usually a workaround is needed. The most common way how to approach such 3ds to rfa conversion is to first export the geometry from the .3ds files and save it as SAT or DXF file for example and import that to Revit. It is unlikely that something like 3ds to rfa converter exists.
