In the past you could have used 602Text word processor to open .602 documents and save them in a different format, like RTF or DOC.
If you have access to the program, open .602 document in 602Text ► File menu ► Save as... ► file type MS Word for Windows ► fill the name text box ► click on save button.
Without 602Text, you have to rely on the support in other word processors, some may still support this file format and can re-save .602 documents as .doc files, but nowadays 602 to doc conversion can be tricky thing to achieve.
