We have found 2 software records in our database eligible for .7z to .deb file format conversion.
Although 7zip does not support DEB format directly, you can extract the contents of a 7-zip archive using the program and then repack the data to DEB format in some other. However, such .deb files won't ever work as installation packages in Debian, which makes 7z to deb conversion somewhat pointless.

7Z
A 7z file extension is used for compressed archives created with the 7-Zip archive utility. 7-Zip archives are similar to RAR files, but are using different compression method. Most good archives are able to extract 7zip formats without trouble.
DEB
Files with deb extension can be mainly found as Debian distribution packages - compressed archives for Debian Linux operating system. Some archiving utilities, such as 7-zip, are also able to extract the content of DEB packages.
