You most likely cannot convert .abcdmr files to anything else or export contacts out of it. The only way to access the contacts would be to actually launch the Address Book on your Mac and export the contacts from there. This is due the fact that .abcdmr files just contain list of recently accessed contacts, but not the contacts entries.
