Programs used to perform the conversion from abr file to csh format.
It is likely not possible to convert Photoshop brushes (.abr) to custom shapes (.csh). Nevertheless, both files are essentially pictures so some kind of transformation through some lengthy workaround in Photoshop may be possible, but hardly worth labeling it as an abr to csh conversion.

Files with abr extension are brush files for Adobe Photoshop. These contain saved brush settings and data (shapes, textures and other data) used to create brush style.
CSH
Files with csh extension can be found as Adobe Photoshop shapes files. Photoshop shape files contains vector shapes (objects) used to create objects in vector graphics file format for example cog wheels. Shapes are available through Custom Shape Tool in Adobe Photoshop.
