Some sources on Internet claim that old versions of AbiWord were able to both import and save to KWord format (.kwd), which was actually the only way how to achieve abw to kwd conversion. But this no longer is the case and the latest available versions of AbiWord no longer work with KWord format, making this conversion impossible to make.
