The only aco to ase conversion we know of, would be export of color palettes saved in Photoshop .aco files to the Adobe .ase color swatch exchange files, then you can do that in Photoshop itself. Load the .aco file to Photoshop and then use swatch palette ► save swatch for exchange option and pick ASE format.
