ad_prt files are drawings/designs from Alibre Design software and unfortunately not commonly supported in other products, which makes export of these files a bit difficult. We do not know about any 3rd party software that can work with Alibre's files, so using the software is most likely your only remaining option for export to SolidWorks (.sldprt) via ad_prt to sldprt conversion. There is a trial version available, so maybe it will be enough for your needs.
