Find a software converter able to convert ai files to emb files.
Creating embroidery designs (for example .emb files) from Adobe Illustrator sources (.ai files) is probably possible, but you will likely need to convert it few times before finally produced the desired format. DST format from Tajima would be a good middle step used in ai to emb conversion. Ie. you would first need to convert ai to dst and then convert dst to emb.
