Find a software converter able to convert apkg files to doc files.
While it is not possible to export Anki decks (.apkg) to MS Word document format (.doc or .docx) directly, due to no support for such apkg to doc conversion function in Anki, it is possible to export .apkg files as PDF documents. And you can just import and work with .pdf documents in modern version of Microsoft Word just fine. Might work for plain text exports as well.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
