Find a software converter able to convert asb files to add files.
Although both .asb and .add files are used in Alphacam, it is unlikely one can be converted to another via some kind of asb to add conversion. At best, you could execute the macro (.asb) to affect .add drawing, but that is not a conversion, just operation done in the software.
