What is the best converter used for converting br4 format to br5 file format.
It looks like that .br4 to .br5 files come from different version of Bryce 3D graphics tool, so br4 to br5 conversion is most likely attempt to resave files between different versions. This can be probably done only with a specific version of the tool (version 5 or above).
The same file extensions are also used for BMW music backups, but it is unlikely you can convert these between different versions, just to export them to standard multimedia files.
