Programs used to perform the conversion from c4d file to blend format.
It might not be possible to import Cinema 4D files to Blender directly, which is what c4d to blend conversion represents. Typically, C4D models are first exported to OBJ format which is then imported to Blender, but we do not know about any possible way how to do this directly. Perhaps content Blender support or community sites for more help.

Files with c4d extension can be most often encountered as 3D model files created with professional 3D modeling software tool CINEMA 4D from MAXON.
Files with the c4d file extension can also be found as object definition files from the Clonk game.

Files with blend extension are the default 3D graphic files created and saved in popular Blender, a 3D computer graphics software for Windows, macOS and Linux.
