Using the Camtasia Studio you can export the recordings to Windows Media Video (.wmv). You can do this by opening your .camrec file in Camtasia (double click on it will do) and then right clicking on the file in the program and selecting "Extract camera contents.." option. When this is done, .wmv file along with some other files will be saved in the specified location.
