Considering that both .cdm and .pdm files come from PowerDesigner, if any kind of cdm to pdm conversion is possible, it would be done with this very same software. We have found no mentions of this in the Internet, so if you really need this or think this should work somehow, it would be perhaps best to contact PowerDesigner support or some community website.
