It appears that cdr to ac6 conversion is related to attempts to convert CorelDraw graphics (.cdr) to ArtCut 6 (uses .ac6), something which is most likely doable through some interchange format, such as EPS. Unfortunately, this conversion is a little outdated as ArtCut 6 was released years ago.
