Converter utilities capable of cdr file to pub format conversion.
It appears that you cannot directly import CorelDraw graphics (.cdr) to Microsoft Publisher in order to place it on a document (.pub). Your best option to achieve cdr to pub conversion would be to export the graphics in CorelDraw to some other format (.emf, .wmf for example) which is supported in Publisher and can be imported to it.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
