Possible software with support for converting of cfa files to doc file format.
The only cfa to doc conversion that makes sense, would be export of ComProbe Analyzer files (.cfa) as MS Word document (.doc, .docx), perhaps in effort to compare the data or some reporting / previewing purpose. You can certainly export .cfa files to CSV format using WireShark, and from that it's just a step to get it to Word.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
