CLK format comes from old versions of CorelDRAW that had object-based animation program called R.A.V.E and most users searching for export of .clk files of any kind, just want to turn these files into something modern, that can be used in current software.
The only way how to export these .clk files is to actually use CorelDRAW 12 since that is the last version that offered the R.A.V.E. tool. There doesn't seem to exist any 3rd party solution, so if you struggle with CLK files, it might be best to reach out to Corel support or online community.
