Both .cnt to .glo are used in Adobe RoboHelp, albeit for different purposes. Thus it is extremely unlikely that any kind of cnt to glo conversion is possible. If you have issues or troubles with export of Robohelp files, it would be perhaps best to contact Adobe support or some online community for help.

Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it is not possible because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support etc.
