CREC video recordings come from old Microsoft Lync and according to the Internet sources, this is the only sofrware that can export these files to any of the supported formats, including Windows Media Video - VMW. Otherwise we have not found any standard multimedia converters that would support CREC videos or offer crec to wmv conversion whatsoever.
