Both .csp and .cst files are documents from Commonspace collaborative software, so if any csp to cst conversion is possible, it would be done using this. Unfortunately, it seems to have been discontinued years ago so unless you have access to it, it will be impossible to achieve as no 3rd party alternative supports these file types.
