We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
Whilist you can copy and past the contents of a .csv file (comma separate values) to a .doc document and save it, it doesn't appear to be much useful as the data will not be very readable. You would be much better off with exporting it as Excel spreadsheet or similar.

CSV
A csv file extension is commonly used for Comma Separated Value file format. CSV is a simple text file with values divided by comma or other character used to separate values. Often used as an import/export format for databases and tables by many software.
DOC
doc file extension is commonly used for text documents created in Microsoft Word word processor prior version 2003. Word's DOC documents can be opened in almost every (if not every) other word processor, such as OpenOffice.org Writer or iWork Pages.
