What is the best converter used for converting dfx format to igs file format.
It doesn't seem that any dfx to igs conversion is possible, or we at least do not know about any DFX format that can be exported this way. However. it might very well be possible that you were in fact looking for a way to convert DXF CAD drawings to IGES format. In that case please check out the dxf to igs conversion.

IGS
Files with igs extension can be found as 3D graphics models saved in International Graphics Exchange Standard (IGES) format used for data exchange.
Files with igs file suffix are related to the Indigo Renderer scene format.
