Convert Linux virtual hard disk file to Bash data.

It is extremely unlikely that some kind of disk to configure conversion exists, considering that both these file types come from Linux and serve completely different purpose. You might be able to generate or manually create .configure files, but you cannot convert them from .disk files, unless that some kind of recovery or something like that.
