The only draw to clk conversion we know about is potential export of Acorn vector graphics files, or similar format that uses .draw format to a CLK format specific for CorelDRAW/Corel R.A.V.E. which is something perhaps done in the past.
But since CLK is also know acronym or abbreviation for many things and draw is just a verb, it might very well be possible that this creates search queries not really related to file conversions.
