We have found one software suitable in our database for this conversion.
Pretty much the only way dwg to cdt conversion makes sense would be in scenarios in which users want to create CorelDRAW template (.cdt) based on AutoCAD DWG drawings. This might be possible in CorelDRAW as no 3rd party software seems to be otherwise capable of this conversion.

DWG
A dwg file extension is used for common CAD file format, originally used by AutoCAD. A DWG is a proprietary format and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it, but not create its proprietary form. It's because of this, that DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format, so they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.
CDT
Files with cdt extension are mainly vector graphic templates for CorelDraw. Contains saved settings for future designs.
