DWK file is a placeholder for a locked DWG file opened in AutoCAD, which means there is probably is no way how you could ever  perform dwk to dwg conversion, considering the .dwk file is usually deleted when you close AutoCAD and does not contain any CAD data.

Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

This conversion entry was verified by us and conversion from dwk to dwg was flagged as wrong or not possible.
Usually this happens when the conversion would try to convert different types of data between each other, such as audio to image, or it can't be done because incompatibility between programs, caused by closed file formats, very limited support or by other problems.

If you find entry that you feel is flagged as bad wrongly, please tell us in the discussion form below with as much as information as possible so we can fix it.

DWK

A dwk file extension is related to the Autodesk AutoCAD a CAD solution for Mac and Windows. A dwk file contains locked DWG drawing.

DWG

A dwg file extension is used for common CAD file format, originally used by AutoCAD. A DWG is a proprietary format and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it, but not create its proprietary form. It's because of this, that DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format, so they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.

A dwg file extension is related to the BravoDRAFT an old CAD tool. A dwg file stores CAD drawing. It is not compatible with AutoCAD DWG format.
