Find a software converter able to convert dxx files to step files.
dxx to step conversion of any kind for AutoCAD interchange attribute files (.dxx) seems unlikely, as they do not contain any data (especially CAD data) that could be converted to any other 3D modeling / CAD format. At best, you can adjust your drawings based on the saved settings and export them afterwards to .step format.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
