SolidWorks is the only program that makes eDrawing files (.edrw, .easm) out of CAD drawings. Other programs like AutoCAD, CATIA, Inventor and other require a special eDrawings Publisher plugin that allows them to export their CAD data to EASM format.

In this case it is not clear, whenever .edrw file can be converted to an .easm file. It is likely that this conversion is actually not possible and you can only generate eDrawings from original sources.
