Even though Edraw MindMaster does support import of Xmind mindmaps, it does not offer export capability to this format so direct emmx to xmind conversion is unlikely.
MindMaster supports export to Mind Manager formats, so it might be possible to achieve through some creative exporting between various mind manager software. This unfortunately means that most formatting would be lost and not a 100% replica of the original.
