Check out some options how eps files might be converted to hus format.
It doesn't seem that any program is capable of direct eps to hus embroidery conversion. However, there is a program called Illustrator Extreme with which you could export EPS graphics as Tajima DST embroideries. Once you have these you can use any program capable of dst to hus conversion.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

EPS
Files with eps extension are almost always images exported to the special Adobe Encapsulated PostScipt graphics file format.
HUS
Files with hus extension can be found as embroidery design files for Husqvarna stitching machines.
