You can use tables from Kingsoft Office spreadsheets (.et) and use them to make a new MS Word document (.doc, .docx) via the default File ► Save as.. function in the program. It appears this is not only the most convenient way, but also the only possible as Kingsoft Office formats are not well support in other programs, if they are at all.
