It is certainly possible to export CAD files from Autodesk Kaydara 3D format (.fbx) to AutoCAD DWG format, but you will need a proper software for this as DWG format stores data in 2D format, so it's not a 3D model conversion. Many CAD/3D modeling tools actually feature FBX importer/exporter.

FBX
Files with fbx extension can be found as 3D model files saved in the Autodesk Kaydara 3D data exchange format used in several 3D authoring tools.
DWG
Files with dwg extension are used for the original CAD format originally introduced in Autodesk AutoCAD. The latest version of DWG format is usuaually proprietary and can only be created in AutoCAD. Other CAD programs can usually import it but not create its proprietary form. Because of this, DWGs are often exported to DXF interchange format so that they can be seamlessly used in other CAD programs.
