Both .fcr and .fcpr files are actually report exports from some old programs and it might not be easy nowadays to convert or export these in a meaningful manner. What you can try though is to just import these files to Excel and hope they are actually saved in some generic format like CSV. But except for that, we do not know about any fcr to fcpr conversion.
