Check out some options how fh11 files might be converted to cdr format.

Freehand drawings (like .fh11) are not supported in CorelDraw and it is unlikely you will find a direct fh11 to cdr converter, which means that successfully converting Freehand to CorelDraw, i.e. fh11 to cdr conversion, can be very difficult.

However, CorelDraw probably can work and import Illustrator drawings (or can work with something Illustrator can export) and there are ways how to convert Freehand drawings to Illustrator.

There is a script available for download from Adobe that allows users to import old FreeHand drawings (like .fh11) directly to Adobe Illustrator and save them as .ai drawings. This option however seems to be working only for CS4/CS5 versions of Illustrator and does not work for the latest CC.

Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.
