Check out some options how flx files might be converted to msj format.
flx to msj conversion seems to not be possible. It appears that a .msj file is a temporary file generated when you work with graphics in Microsurvey CAD, so unsuitable for any conversion. It is likely that you convert .flx drawings only to other similar formats CAD formats via export function.
Unfortunately, there is no detailed software record in the database for this conversion.

Files with flx suffix may be found as animations in so called FLIC format, a slight change from the standard Autodesk DLC format.

MSJ
Files with msj file extension can be mostly found as temporary data files from MicroSurvey CAD desktop survey and design program.
