It looks like that both .fmz and .fza files come from a 3D design software called form•Z from AutoDesSys, but as far as we can tell, no direct conversion is possible. FZA format is used for automatic backups and not something you do convert other files into. If you want to change backup settings you have to do it in the software.
Whilst it is possible to work with .fmz files in other tools and export the content to exchange format, fmz to fza conversion does not make much sense. You can of course reach out to AutoDesSys support or form•Z for further assistance in this matter.
