Find a software converter able to convert g64 files to wmv files.
Although theoretically possible, there doesn't seem to be any program capable of g64 to wmv conversion. Those video recordings from surveillance cameras in G64 format can be viewed by some Omnicast Viewer, but that's it. Your best bet would be to contact the support of the vendor that produced your surveillance cameras and ask for help.
