Possible software with support for converting of gbr files to abr file format.
grb to abr conversion is most likely searched by users looking for a way to transfer or convert brush files between GIMP and Adobe Photoshop. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to exist any kind of converter for this and you have to create the brush in Photoshop based on imported picture from the .gbr file.
