Find a software converter able to convert GenePattern GCT data files as Excel XLSX spreadsheets.
GenePattern data files (.gct) are saved in simple tab-delimited text, so they can be opened in any text editor or spreadsheet programs. This means that you can easily achieve gct to xlsx conversion by you can simply import these files to Microsoft Excel and save them as Excel spreadsheets. No formatting will be saved just spreadsheet with data.
