You can try to convert old Prassi DVD images (.gi) to PowerISO format (.daa) using gBurner program, which has a trial version available for download and might be able to help you with gi to daa conversion. Except for that, it was reported to us that programs such as PowerISO or UltraISO also might support .gi files and thus could be used to convert gi to daa.

Files with gi extension are disk images created using Prassi burning software. Old format, but still supported by some burning software.
DAA
Files with daa extension are disk images in a proprietary format used by PowerISO similar to ISO format. DAA images can only be accessed with PowerISO, no other programs support them. They can be however converted to common ISO files with the DAA2ISO utility.
